This community event is designed to bring families, youth, and local residents together to learn about the vital role agriculture plays in the Central Valley. By focusing on sustainability, food security, and the many career pathways in agriculture, the program provides meaningful education at a time when these issues matter more than ever. Hosted in partnership with Yo’Ville Community Garden and Farm, Fresno Metro Ministry, and Equity for All, this gathering opens the door for community connection, cultural storytelling, and hands-on learning.

The Team’s Shared Goal

In this short video, we introduce you to the amazing partners, farmers, and community leaders who helped bring Stories from the Harvest to life. You’ll hear directly from the people behind our food and fields as they share why agriculture, sustainability, and food security are so important for our community right now. Our goal with this video is to give you a welcoming preview of what—and who—you’ll experience at the event, and to show you why we’re so passionate about inspiring and educating youth and families in the Central Valley.
